The Role – Project Manager

As a project manager, you will be a key person leading the project team and responsible for creating strong and long-term customer relationships. Projects often involve new construction combined with technical development. You work closely with both customers and colleagues to ensure that our deliveries always meet the right quality. You play an important role in planning and coordinating projects for an experienced team of engineers and technicians.

This is an opportunity to combine your leadership with your interest in technology and processes in a work environment where we value accuracy and innovation.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in project management towards external customers in technically complex projects and feel confident leading teams and communicating clearly with both customers and colleagues
  • You have a technical university degree or equivalent experience
  • You are a relationship builder who sees the value in collaboration and knows how to get everyone in the project group to work towards common goals
  • You thrive in an organized environment and prefer to work systematically to keep all parts of the project on track
  • You enjoy a role where you can take responsibility, solve problems, and contribute to continuous improvements
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English
  • Experience working on projects with international customers is a plus
